Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included

Refund Process

  1. Email our customer service team with your reason for return and order number
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a return address
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items damaged due to buyer misuse
  • Orders submitted after the 30-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
