Domestic Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within the United States.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $69.99 within the contiguous United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can track your order using the link in the shipping confirmation email, or by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
Damages
Vertex is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the near future.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to return the item for a refund.
